This estate sale is located in a cute cliff house in Kelly Ridge above the dam. The owner of the estate is 98 years old and still going strong. We have items in this house from four generations. The treasures from her home are very clean and smoke free. She loves Victorian, pink, gold, roses, Lladro’s, cat collectibles, glass and so much more!
You can shop from the comfort of your home. We will be selling major appliances and some of these treasures ahead of time in an online auction. If they do not sell, they will be available for purchase at the sale.

The door opens promptly on Saturday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). We will start taking signups on Oct. 1 after 9am. Send a text to 530-693-0386 with your name and ref: Oroville Sale, and only if you plan to be there at 8:00 the day of the sale. Sign up is not required. You will enter in order of signup. Come early for the best selection. Come back again for ½ off most items at 11 and fill a bag on selected items. Parking is limited so please be respectful and do not block neighbor’s driveways
