This is a smaller one-day estate sale in Yuba City. This house is ADA compliant for easy access. This eclectic home has collectibles, furniture and statuary. The walls have limited edition Native American, cougar, and seashore prints. Some of the collectibles include Franklin mint, religious, vintage trunks and books. Cat lovers will enjoy all the feline figurines, art, cast-iron, statuary, pottery, cups, wind chimes, costume jewelry and so much more! In the kitchen you will find a microwave, small appliances, dishes and gadgets. Furniture includes: a three-piece stacking barrister bookcase, kitchen table, mid-century modern end tables, vintage French provincial bedroom furniture, sofa, and love seat. There are needlework framed needlework and prints in many of the rooms in the house. She was a teacher, enjoyed books and her team favorite team is the Vikings. In the yard you will find statuary. birdbaths, wind chimes, and a few large flower pots. We will be listing the large appliances online prior to the sale including the refrigerator, washer and dryer. The door opens promptly on Friday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). If you plan to come at 8:00 sign up on the paper on the trash can. You will enter in the order of the sign up. Come early for the best selection and come back again for ½ off most items at 11:00. We will be having fill a bag on some items after noon. We look forward to seeing you at the sale.
